Hi, my name is Adelene and what can I say? I'm just a girl who loves macarons. Baking them, decorating them, eating them...blogging about them...I do it all right here on Bake My Day.
I started baking macarons 4 years ago...well, I was bored with work and I love challenges. Reading bakers blogged about how challenging macarons were, I was determined to make them.
Now, those were the days, and I learned through trial and error...lots of error (Because I live in sunny Singapore, humidity is a curse for macarons).
These days, you'll find more than just macarons on the blog...you'll find macarons with designs that you can never imagine it can be done on them. You will not only learn about macarons, but cakes, desserts, basically anything that is yummy and sure to make your waistline grow...
